Q: How do I choose the right type?


A: 

If you are a new customer who has never purchased our Cross Glide Mag Mount , please select the Comma4 Mag Mount  Kit.


If you already own the Cross Glide Mag Mount For Comma3&3X and want to switch freely between the C3, C3X, and C4, you only need to purchase the Comma4 Device-side Mount For Mag Mount.



Q: When will the pre-order ship?


A: Shipment is expected between January 1 and 10, 2026, after order placement.

This is specifically designed for the Comma4. Existing customers who have already purchased our products can buy the device-side base separately for an upgrade. New customers who haven’t purchased our products yet should choose the complete set. Additionally, this model does not support early users with Pogo pins. If you need to replace the PCB board, click here to purchase.

 

December 16, 2025 Update

Product structural testing and validation have been completed, and production has been scheduled. Shipment is expected to begin between January 1 and 10, 2026.

Product Service Terms

Thank you for choosing our product. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction with excellent customer service.

  1. Warranty and Services

    • This product is backed by a 3 months warranty from the date of purchase.
    • During the warranty period, if the product experiences any functional issues (e.g., quality defects, circuit failures, etc.) that are not caused by user damage, we will provide free replacement parts and cover the shipping costs for repairs.
    • Remote installation support will also be available, including detailed instructional videos, images, and other guidance materials to ensures smooth and easy setup.
    • For products outside the 3 months warranty period, we offer paid repair services. Customers are responsible for the cost of any replacement parts and shipping fees.

  2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

    • Improper use of the product, including but not limited to physical impacts, exposure to water, fire, or other mishandling.
    • Damage caused by inappropriate environments, such as extremely high temperatures (above 120°C), high humidity, or corrosive conditions.
    • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, scuffs, or other surface wear that does not affect the functionality of the product.
    • Structural damage caused by unauthorized modifications, user error, or improper installation.

  3. Limitation of Liability Our warranty applies exclusively to defects in the product's materials and workmanship. We are not responsible for damages caused by external factors, third-party modifications, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters).
