Warranty and Services
- This product is backed by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- During the warranty period, if the product experiences any functional issues (e.g., quality defects, circuit failures, etc.) that are not caused by user damage, we will provide free replacement parts and cover the shipping costs for repairs.
- Remote installation support will also be available, including detailed instructional videos, images, and other guidance materials to ensure smooth and easy setup.
- For products outside the one-year warranty period, we offer paid repair services. Customers are responsible for the cost of any replacement parts and shipping fees.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
- Improper use of the product, including but not limited to physical impacts, exposure to water, fire, or other mishandling.
- Damage caused by inappropriate environments, such as extremely high temperatures (above 120°C), high humidity, or corrosive conditions.
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, scuffs, or other surface wear that does not affect the functionality of the product.
- Structural damage caused by unauthorized modifications, user error, or improper installation.

Limitation of Liability Our warranty applies exclusively to defects in the product's materials and workmanship. We are not responsible for damages caused by external factors, third-party modifications, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters).
