Warranty and Services
- This product is backed by a 3 months warranty from the date of purchase.
- During the warranty period, if the product experiences any functional issues (e.g., quality defects, circuit failures, etc.) that are not caused by user damage, we will provide free replacement parts and cover the shipping costs for repairs.
- Remote installation support will also be available, including detailed instructional videos, images, and other guidance materials to ensures smooth and easy setup.
- For products outside the 3 months warranty period, we offer paid repair services. Customers are responsible for the cost of any replacement parts and shipping fees.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
- Improper use of the product, including but not limited to physical impacts, exposure to water, fire, or other mishandling.
- Damage caused by inappropriate environments, such as extremely high temperatures (above 120°C), high humidity, or corrosive conditions.
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, scuffs, or other surface wear that does not affect the functionality of the product.

Excellent quality and works great!
This it the cleanest mount solution for my Gen1 R1S. Having only one USB-C running up the side and a slick mount is the way to go for Comma 4.
Easy to install, I would prefer written/picture instructions over the video but it's really not that hard to assemble when you look at it. Works great and is super clean only needing one cable to run both adapters
Lets me mount really high! Looks very clean when all set up. Slides pretty nice too.
I was surprised how strong the magnetic were. Also include tools for removing old mounts and extra adhesive strips. I would buy again.
